I'm currently a Director of Product Management at AppDynamics (Cisco). I've also led design for products at BMC, Coupang, and Sandia Labs.

Launched WebShipper, a tool for shipping hazardous and export-controlled substances between national laboratory worksites. Conducted user interviews, contextual inquiries, and storymapping exercises.
